Lavender Lemon Mocktail Recipe

Equipment:
- Mixology Bartender Kit 14-Piece Cocktail Shaker Set | Martini Barware Mixing Tools for Home Bartending (28oz Boston Shaker, Jet Black/Black)
Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz Non-alcoholic Gin
- 1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 medium lemon)
- ¾ oz Agave
- ½ oz Aquafaba (For the foam)
- ⅛ tsp Butterfly Pea Flower Powder
- A few buds of dried lavender
- 1 Sprig of lavender for garnish
Instructions
Prepare The Ingredients
- Coarsely crush the lavender flowers, either with your fingers or with an herb grinder
- Squeeze 1 small or medium lemon for an ounce of lemon juice
- For the Aquafaba, separate the liquid from a can of Organic Unsalted Garbanzo Beans
Combine All The Ingredients In a Shaker Filled With Ice
